Who We Are

Vista College Prep is a network of five tuition-free, public charter schools in Phoenix, Arizona, serving students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Vista seeks to redefine what is possible in education by ensuring that each student has access to an exceptional teacher and a supportive learning community.

We blend excellence, joy, community, and transparency to create a unique educational experience. We cultivate an environment where children love to learn together. Our teaching is intentional, rigorous yet fun, with lots of prideful cheers built into each school day.

2013

Vista Hadley Opens

Julia Meyerson opens Vista Hadley with a founding class of Kinder and 1st grade


2017

Vista Maryvale Opens

After 4 years of incredible academic success, Vista replicates its flagship campus opening a second elementary school in Maryvale.

2018

Vista Sueño Park Opens

Vista commits to serving all students Kinder - 8th grade and officially opens its first Middle School.

Vista Achieves Blue Ribbon Excellence

The US Department of Education names Vista College Prep a Blue Ribbon School.  

2021

First 8th Grade Graduation

In May of 2021, Vista College Prep’s founding class of 1st graders graduated from 8th grade in the midst of a global pandemic. That class earned over $500,000 in scholarships to attend some of Phoenix’s highest performing high schools. 

2022

Vista Metro North Opens

Vista opens its 4th and 5th campuses in the North Central community in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Arizona, ultimately serving Kinder - 8th grade students.
